Cecil Wary World Faces (MP2000) Cover EX / vinyl EX A very good patchwork of sound on this very strong release by Cecil Wary. Let's start with “European's Confrontation” a very beaty track a la Arel/Dutour on Chappell. The stand-out track here is the massive “Fugue To Cuba”, with delirious percussions intro and harpsicord a la Ipcress File, a one of the B-Boys! And it goes nicely for the beatheadz till' the end of the wax with the drama De Roubaix sound of “Graves Of Orient” or the dope flute loop of “Incas' Woods”. Highly recommended.
