The first eight songs of the fourth Life Of Agony album are recorded live and unplugged at the Lowlands festival in 1997 (except "River Runs Red", which was actually recorded with electric guitars with volume on 11. Song 9 ("Other Side Of The River") is a remix by David Thoener, and the last 7 songs are live bonus tracks (also, not 'unplugged'). An essential album from one of the best Metal bands of the Nineties.

En definitiva, un álbum esencial de una de las mejores bandas de metal de los 90.
