Gatefold sleeve - see scans. White inner sleeve.
Disc - there is marking to both sides, particularly visible under a strong light. However it is SUPERFICIAL. There are no significant scratches and it plays VERY nicely.
NO good if you want a visually perfect copy, but if you're happy with one that plays nicely ...
