Limbus 4 : Mandalas LP
A real psychedelic trip from 4 great german musicians, Odysseus Artner, Bernd Henninger, Matthias Knieper and Gerd Kraus back from 1970. Comes on the highly collectable OHR label OMM 56001, beautiful gatefold cover in stunning excellent condition for its age. Together with a group of other bands in the late 60's/early 70's, like Annexus Quam, Amon Duul I, Amon Duul II, Ash ra Tempel, Anima, Faust, Kluster and more they formed the real experimental scene of 70's european music and influenced a big number of musicians in the days to come. Limbus 4 are found on the Nurse with wound list of influences. The catalogue number is a five digit one(56001), which indicates as i read in the internet a first pressing, while second pressings had another 5 numbers, inside the gatefold is marked also pop import-Bernhard Mikulski. In any case rare as hen's teeth and one of the greatest albums of all times!! By the way, the front cover is very very clean, scan was somehow unsuccessful...
