WOW!!! WOW!!! WOW!!! ULTRA MEGARARE and HARD-TO-FIND Candem Records (A Product Of Radio Corporation Of America) very first Mono press released by RCA Records, made and distributed in Chile in 1957 by Corporación De Radio De Chile, S.A. (CRC Records), catalog number CAE-416, with machine etched matrix numbers CAE/416/A in Side A and CAE/416/B in Side B, with turquoise/silver Camden Records labels. Yes, Sirs, ANOTHER FIND from Chile!!! Amazing rarity for all early rock’n’roll lovers and especially for fans and collectors of Little Richard by the very first time auctioned here in eBay!!!

“LITTLE RICHARD” is an EP originally released in USA by RCA Camden in 1957 with 4 songs recorded for RCA Victor in Atlanta in the period October 1951 – January 1952 and already included in singles released between November 1951 and November 1952 (US RCA Victor catalog numbers 47-4392, 47-4772 and 47-5025). And the same year, 1957, we got this EP released here in Chile but sadly without the Picture Sleeve. Song titles are written in Spanish, translated to English, with full credits for songwriters, time of each side and the original price of this EP informed in Side A, “$1.100.-“. Some differences with original US issue is that in Chile the labels say “Camden”, no “RCA Camden”, and here in Chile we also got additional information about the style of music of each song. So, here you have the chance to get and own this MEGARARE PRESS of the 1957 EP “Little Richard” released in Chile, with Spanish-written song titles!!! WOW!!! A MUST TO HAVE!!!

This record doesn’t have a cover. The record is in great VG- or VG condition both sides, glossy and clean, with many scuffs, soft hairlines and light scratches, which don’t affect play. Labels on both sides are in great VG+ or even EX- condition, clean and clear, with some spindle hole wear, some little tears, faint blemishes and a stamp hard to see at first sight in both sides, with the name of some past owner stamped in Side B. The sound is in strong VG- or VG condition both sides, loud, clear and clean, with a light background noise (surface noise is normal in records from Chile), with soft constant crackles and occasional pops and clicks here and there, which don’t really cause major distraction from the experience to listen and enjoy this record from the beginning to the end, with Side A closer to VG and Side B closer to VG- condition. Overall, sure this copy is not for Minty minds or audiophiles, but it still keeps a very nice look and a great sound quality after about 65 years, which will satisfy any serious collector who knows the level of rarity of this EP. And don’t forget this EP was released in Chile the same year it was released in USA and with Spanish-written song titles, UNIQUE TURQUOISE Camden labels and it’s the very first time it’s auctioned in eBay!!! Yes, Sirs, what a FIND!!! Click on the pictures to enlarge and see the labels and cover in detail. WOW!!!

Bid with confidence and don’t wait until the last second because you could lose the chance to get a real collectable record from Chile (South America) in superb condition like this copy is. You know South American records aren’t easy to get in good conditions, so HAPPY BIDDING and don’t let this record to go away… you could never see a so good copy of this record again… if you are lucky enough to see even another copy again…

Thanks for watching and bidding, good luck and best regards from Chile

_________________________________________

We don’t use the generic “VG” most of South American sellers use to hide poor quality conditions or “NM” or “Mint” for records which aren’t even clean and sound less than a normal “VG” in professional standards. We use the Record Collector’s Grading System with a little modification: we don’t use MINT grade but for Sealed records and we can use a + or – to show a most professional accurate description.

MINT (M): I only use this grade for Sealed records.

NEAR MINT (NM): The record itself is in like new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality (only some very very very light hairlines caused for the record rubbing the sleeve). The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in like perfect condition.

EXCELLENT (EX): The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality, maybe some surface marks which doesn’t affect play. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

VERY GOOD (VG): The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD (G): The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.

FAIR (F): The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump.
The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.

POOR (P): The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.

BAD (B): The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler.

FEEDBACK

We don’t have anything to hide and we know the buyers expect to receive feedback after to pay for the items they win. Most of sellers say to give feedback when buyers leave feedback first. But we know that’s not fair for buyers. So, we leave feedback immediately after to receive the payment, because we understand that’s the part that buyers must receive feedback for. And we expect to receive a positive feedback from buyers who receive the records immediately after they have got the records.
