This EP record came from the collection of a man who purchased records, then stored them & never handled or played them-

The record labels are also bright, clean, & crisp & in NEAR MINT condition
The record jacket has small seam splits on both the right hand, front corners, some ink loss on the front where it shows white, & some minor creases here & there
On the reverse of the jacket, it has slight ring wear & a small graze in the paper & minor shelf grime, as shown in the photographs.
This EP was only released in Australia with these tracks & is very rare- it last sold on Ebay in 2013 for $70 but it was not NEAR MINT like this one- (Popspike)
