Description

Your buying a NEW STILL SEALED  "Yardbirds Live Featuring Jimmy Page" on Columbia Records. This was re-released in 1972 and was pulled by Jimmy Page for copywrite infringement. He had just made Epic Records pull it . Then it was re-released by Columbia Special Products which was also pulled after lawsuit with Page, afterwards it was never to be released by a record company since 1972. You could buy it in the all black and white art and white label bootlegs you see on eBay. I have the four copies in my collection. To show the history of this album being Epic's, Columbia's and the black and white bootleg and now a color cover and yellow label bootleg. So many people trying to make money on this Lp after Led Zeppelin's release of their First 3 albums.  So this is rare to find still sealed and has a small saw mark at the bottom of the cover. I would say they cut the price and sold what they had in a cutout bin as we used to call them. Columbia Records trying to recoup some money for removing them from production to break even. But that's the past now it's here ready to add to your collection. I will be listing some more still sealed albums this week. This Album would grade M on the album being sealed. The cover has small saw mark and some corner dings and a wrinkle I would grade M-for it's age and the shrink wrap is tight not torn at all. except where saw mark is. This LP is 46 years old and still sealed. I thought it was a great find when I got it many years ago and it's time to pass it on.
