COMMENTS::Very rare 4 track Indie joint outta Detroit. This one very rarely turns up & i hvae only found 2 copies in 15 years of diggin' thru the D. I have been asked about this one several times from collectors & just found a copy so I decided to auction it instead of trying to decide who get's it.  Peep the snippet! This is an original copy. Don't sleep!

RECORD GRADING
Please note all records are graded visually. A + after the rating indicates that the record is in better condition than graded, but not good enough to achieve the next grade higher. Pictures are included in every listing & you can judge the condition of the cover from that. If you want detailed information on a record cover please ask before bidding.

Mint (M) - Sealed.
Near Mint (NM) - Used but appears mint. Unplayed or appears unplayed.
Excellent (EX) - Vinyl still is very glossy and in overall excellent condition. May have a light scuff or small superficial marks that do not effect play.
Very Good+ (VG+) - Just a step below excellent but showing slightly more surface wear. Appears to have been played but very well taken care of while doing so.
Very Good (VG) - Visable average surface wear. Will play fine with minimal noise. Typical condition of a well cared for DJ copy.
Good (G) - Heavy visable Surface Wear. Plays without skipping.
Fair (F) - Surface scuffs or scratches. May not play all the way through without skipping.
Poor (P) - Heavy scratches, scuffs & skips. Usually listed for the collector because of it's rare pressing/oop.
