Side 1/Side 2: Some faint surface scuffs & scratches, a few non-feelable long scratches, a couple of slightly feelable scratches, some light surface noise or crackle in parts, still plays pretty well. 
Label: Blue/White "BLUE NOTE RECORDS • 47 WEST 63rd ? NYC" Deep Groove on both sides.
Matrix: "RVG STEREO" machine stamp on both sides.
"ear" mark on both sides.

Sleeve Grading: Very Good (VG)

Front/Back: Laminated cover, 4" top 3" bottom seam split, light edge wear, writing on top right of back cover, still fine.
