LOU REED/JOHN CALE

SONGS FOR DRELLA

🩶

What an historic LP!

This is the studio album from Lou Redd and John Cale, both coming from The Velvet Underground. This is a song cycle about

Andy Warhol, who's nickname was DRELLA, a contraction of DRACULA and CINDERELLA!

This is an amazing album, as Lou and John had quit speaking to one another until Andy's funeral, and this project then happened... 🤍

The music is only vocals and guitar and keyboards.

This is a beautiful album.

A must for any collector!

This is a duplicate copy from my personal collection purchased in 1990 and shelved since!

She's still sealed in shrink wrap and in minty fresh condition, and the cover is perfect.

Reach out for any questions or other pics -

👊🏽

Thanks
