LOUIS ARMSTRONG & DUKE ELLINGTON. Recording Together For The First Time. LP Columbia 33SX 1400 UK 1961 green labels. Flip back sleeve. Ex+/Ex+
Lovely UK 1961 jazz long player. Tracks featured are: Duke's Place, I'm Just A Lucky So & So, Cottontail, Mood Indigo, Do Nothing Till You Hear From Me, The Beautiful American, Black And Tan Fantasy, Drop me Off At Harlem, The Moooche & In A Mellow Tone. Cover still very smart and crisp with only lightest traces of storage wear. Previous owner has taped the edges of the cover with tape. This has been to protect cover and edges and not fix splits. A very aesthetically pleasing attempt has been made and apart from some tape yellowing, the cover is still sharp and very crisp. Record still in strongest excellent shape; There are some light traces of use when studied closely with some very faint needle marking but absolutely no serious problems of any description. Still sharp and crisp with marvelous luster and very smart labels and center holes.
