The record has hardly any marks at all. Just the very faintest of minimal light/faint paper scuffs/surface marks (all superficial marks). Looks barely played! It grades near mint condition.
The die-cut sleeve has the very faintest of edge wear(barely noticeable!). The very faintest of corner wear(barely noticeable!). Extremely minimal creasing. No tears. No splits. It grades excellent plus condition.
