Yikes, here is an original 60s pressing of Love’s Forever Changes LP on Elektra Records EKS-74013 (label # indicates that this is stereo).  This is a sealed copy in NM+ condition.  I’m sorry I can’t tell you what the labels look like.  This is an original from the 60s, not a recent repress.
