Sorry I've been away for a while, but I've been working flat out on our house for the last 5 months or so, so I've had to take a break from ebaying and concentrate on weekend fairs!
My listings will include rare and not so rare but as vinyl is in such demand these days I'll be covering the whole spectrum. All records have been played through at least once (in order to give a true grading) on my REGA P1 turntable (which sounds superb!) , which I bought from my Leeds stockist, Audio Republic, details of which will be mailed out with the vinyl. I've got a huge stock of records at the moment so if there is anything you are after drop me an email or I can be seen on the Record Fair circuit!...next one is at the NEW CENTURY HALL, MANCHESTER on SATURDAY 27TH DECEMBER followed by NORTHALLERTON on MONDAY 29TH DECEMBER !! .if you love vinyl and don't attend fairs, shame on you!!!! The fairs currently on offer are superb and are far more pleasurable experience than sitting at home, trawling the internet for those shabby so called mint records. Rest assured, MINT means MINT (no marks/no scratches/no spindle marks/faultless vinyl/faultless sleeve). I'll be continually listing some great stuff so keep an eye out.
Hard to find in any condition.......LOVE "Four sail" US 1969 ELEKTRA EKS-74049 STEREO.....10 track classic!!!!!!!! MATRIX NUMBERS 1 1 !!!!!!! FIRST PRESSING !!!!!!!!!! IMPOSSIBLE TO FIND IN THIS CONDITION !!!!!!!!! When LOVE went truly electric and boy do they sound good !!!!!!! SUPERB !!!!!!!! .
CONDITION
SLEEVE
The classic thick card american sleeve is in superb condition !!!!! With some very very light small patches of wear round the edges, the slightest of wear to a couple of corners....and that's about it !!!! There is no ringwear, no stickers (apart from the original ELEKTRA promo sticker on the front face), no tears, no indentations, no stains, no writing, no grubbiness, no wear to the opening edge and no wear to a perfectly square spine !!!!!! The sleeve grades Excellent+
INNER SLEEVE
The correct ELEKTRA inner sleeve with logo and pictures of their offices (!?) has creasing and a little light wear and grades Very Good++
VINYL
The record clearly hasn't been played a great deal and has no marks/scratches and only a few of the very lightest sleeve removal marks/scuffs when viewed at an angle under a bright light !!! The record plays superb with no background noise/ no hiss/ no distortion/ no skips/ no jumps/ no clicks / no pops and sounds awesome !!!!!! The vinyl grades Excellent+++
LABELS
The white labels (with Radio Station Copy text under STEREO) grade near MINT with only 3 or 4 barely visible spindle marks on either side !!!!
