El Poeta Halley is the sixth album by Spanish indie band Love Of Lesbian. This band was formed in Barcelona and since its first appearance in 1997 have gained fame for producing complex albums full of thematic turns and word games.

El Poeta Halley se convierte en el sexto trabajo de Love of Lesbian, tras cuatro años de mutismo, desde la publicación de La noche eterna. Los días no vividos (2012). Esta banda nació en Barcelona y desde su primera aparición en 1997 han ganado fama por producir álbumes complejos llenos de giros temáticos y juegos de palabras. e El Poeta Halley destacan por su calidad lírica canciones como “Bajo el volcán” —su primer sencillo—, “Psiconautas” y la homónima “El Poeta Halley”, que incluye una colaboración con el icónico cantautor catalán, Joan Manuel Serrat, y que cierra el álbum.
