Description
This is a rare US import promotional copy of “Out Here” by Love, released in 1969 on the Blue Thumb label (BTS 9000). Promo issues of this album had the title and the tracklisting attached to the front cover (Discogs website). This sticker is present here! Strangely, sides 1 and 4 are on one disc and sides 2 and 3 are on the other!! I don’t know if this is a pressing error or standard for this album (Arthur Lee was a bit weird!!) as this is the only copy of the album that I’ve seen!
I would grade the gatefold outer sleeve as “Excellent”. Were it not for a worn import cut-out to the top left-hand corner and very minor corner wear to the bottom left-hand corner I would grade it as near mint. In all other respects both inner and outer covers are clean and strong. The promo contents sticker is clear and undamaged.
I would grade both discs as “Excellent“. They have retained a very good shine and have few, barely visible marks.
I would grade all 4 labels as “Excellent”. There are some very slight rub marks on label side 1 and some very minor spindle wear to label side 3.
The original inner paper sleeves I would grade as “Excellent” with only very minor creasing and no damage.

Classifications are in accordance with Record Collector Magazine’s Record Collector Grading System and are possibly slightly pessimistic compared to some other sellers/collectors.
