Description
This is an original 1968 pressing of the iconic Beatles self titled album, serial number 0355827.
The album cover is in VG condition. There isn't the typical excessive ring wear that you see on most copies. There are seam splits along the top towards the opening. I included photos of those. Otherwise the spines are in decent shape.
The discs appear great. I would typically grade them excellent, but I'll conservatively say that they are VG+. I don't see any large scratches and the discs still retain a lot of the original shine. The labels are also clean.
This set also includes the original 4 images of each Beatle. These are also in nice shape with no creases or major damage.
The matrix numbers are as follows:
Side 1: SWBO-1-101-J40
Side 2: SWBO-2-101-J40
Side 3: SWBO-3-101-J41
Side 4: SWBO-4-101-J41
I pack all of my albums with the discs outside of the album cover to prevent any further seam splitting.
