I bought this LP new in January 1969.
Cover - No shrink. No writing, no splitting. Cutout hole bottom right. Corner bumps but otherwise not much evidence of shelving/handling.
Vinyl - Some rubs, some spots, like fingerprints. A few light marks.
Sleeve - DECCA paper. Slit in middle of one side. One bottom corner clipped off. This is not the original sleeve for this album. The cover has the cutout hole, this has the clipped corner. Some of the albums on the sleeve were released after 1967. So if you have need of it for a later DECCA album, you’re in luck.

Side 2 label has target symbol after MG 10699 at right of spindle hole
which indicates the DECCA Gloversville pressing plant
The stick one’s in the runout also indicate Gloversville
On labels, under banner, has “…A DIVISION OF MCA…”
cvinyl has these labels dated late 1960’s

Billboard 1-28-1967, p42, has this LP listed in the Four-Star Albums, Popular.
A look at MCA Gloversville and DECCA Gloversville pressing lists gives, not this catalog number, but surrounding catalog #’s from DL4827 to DL4838 dated 1966 and 1967.
Labels for each plant for these selections are the same labels as on my record.
I go with 1967 as probable pressing year.
No question about the record though. Some of the most memorable, quoted lines in Movie History. Boris himself with his “We belong dead” to his bride, Maria Ouspenskaya’s poem about the werewolf, Lugosi, Colin Clive with “It’s alive!”
Just wonderful.
