I bought this LP new in March 1972.
Cover - Shrink on. Price tag on shrink. Writing on price tag. No other writing, no seam splits. Very little shelving/handling evidence.

Biograph found some high-quality 78’s to copy for this album. Very light on the background static. Before CD compilations it was a thorough joy to find a 12 song Blind Blake record.
Blind Blake was one of the truly unique bluesmen. His guitar work hypnotizes you. He throws in a little double time here and there, varies the speeds of the guitar interjections, just keeps you guessing, and smiling.
Remember, this (1926-1930) was during prohibition. Bootleg booze. Other songs about gambling and, of course, women:
“We got married, had a little lamb
Swear it looked like her ice man”
Well kept copy of a magnificent album.
