Description

ULTRA RARE AND COLLECTIBLE.  Textured front cover, very light corner wear, little to no edge wear, no marks except "Inspected by.." back jacket, rings or splits.  LP stored in plain white inner sleeves, LOOKS GREAT WITH PERHAPS A FAINT SCRATCH OR TWO ON CLEAN VINYL, will grade VG++.  Matrix numbers match the 1962 matrix numbers identified on discogs, and importantly, RVG etched, but largely rubbed out, on both matrices. 
The Prestige New Jazz recording session was recorded on May 14, 1957 at Rudy Van Gelder’s studio. It featured Curtis Fuller on trombone, Sonny Redd on alto, Red Garland on piano, Paul Chambers on bass and Louis Hayes on drums. SIDE A: SEEING RED; STORMY WEATHER and CASHMERE. SIDE B: SLENDERELLA; MOONLIGHT BECOMES YOU and ROC & TROLL.
