Description
Unclear what year of reissue this is. Originally pressed in 1967, this has features that are described for the FIRST PRESS including Van Gelder stamped in the dead wax, both sides, and 43 West 61st St., New York, N.Y. 10023 address on back-cover. However, the label has "A Division of Liberty Records, Inc." while the First Press has New York, USA instead. In addition to VAN GELDER stamped, the matrices are:
Side A: BNLP-4218 A Side B: BNLP-4218 B
The jacket is not laminated, with light edge or corner wear, no splits or rings, some light soil marks seen on front cover (see listing photo). LP stored in original Liberty inner sleeve, no splits. LP LOOKS GREAT with perhaps a faint scratch or scuff over clean vinyl, I'll conservatively grade in the range of VG++ to NM (closer to NM).
