LP looks new with original sleeve.  Corners have very minor wear.  Has shrink wrap but it has been opened. 

I am not a record specialist, I sell anything I can buy at estate sales.  So please look at photos for best condition rating as I am not very familiar with grading.  From my layman perspective.  The Vinyl looks new.  The paper sleeve is excellent with just the tiniest wear at corners.  And Record cover is also excellent with again just tiny wear at two corners
