Cover - Shrink on. No rips, no writing. Pricing stamp on back (“C” in circle). I’m sure it’s EJ Korvette.

Vinyl - A few light smudges. A few ticks when played, nothing serious.

Sleeve - Clear plastic, folds beyond record to about 1/2 cover.
