DESCRIPTION
An immaculate and near pristine very scarce 1975 1st pressing of the 5th and final album from the legendary La De Da’s.Led by ace guitarist Kevin Borich and Phil Keys on vocals / rhythm 'Legend' contains non-album singles plus 4 killer cuts on side two from their last recording sessions ... including an awesome studio version of “All Along The Watchtower” – in which Borich’s guitar playing is simply phenomenal !!
During the early 70’s The La De Da’s were hailed as Australia's leading live act and Borich was widely regarded as our pre-eminent guitar hero ....sadly their break-up in 1975 was a result of Australian commercial radio ignoring their records as well as repeated internal tensions within the band. Earlier Phil Keys along with bassist Peter Roberts had left to form the acclaimed prog-blues-rock outfit Band Of Light.
Not an easy album to acquire these days let alone in such superb condition.
