Description

Led Zeppelins debut album,This is a very early pressing with the very early and very rare sleeve with turquoise lettering.Apparently the groups manager didnt like the colour and had it changed to red. Album numbered 588171, Plum label Matrix A//1 and B//1 ,Superhype credits to label.

Firstly,I must point out that I am not a record dealer or collector so I know nothing about record grading. This album has been in my posession since new.( I am getting on a bit now ).It has partied a bit in its day and has received a few scratches, one quite bad on track3 side 1 You Shook Me. Unfortunately I dont have a record deck now so have not played it in 10yrs.It did jump on that track whenlast played.Anyway, the most collectably bit of this album is the sleeve which although not perfect is in not bad condition. There is no writing on it or any sticky labels. The imprint of the record shows slightly and there are a few creases where record has been taken in and out.The plastic covering is not split but is starting to lift away from sleeve for about 1and a half inches on reverse side near spine. There are 3 small cracks across spine that I have tried to detail in photo.

Once again,I have tried to be honest about the condition of this very rare LP but if anyone wishes to ask anything specific, please do.

I have not set a reserve on this item,so will let the auction find its value. Please dont ask me finish auction early.I want it to go to a good home, rather than

sit in the loft.

Good Luck
