Up for bidding is a very nice and rare Stereo copy of Meet The Beatles with no ASCAP or BMI publisher markings on the label. This type of label variation is rare because these were only produced in January of 1964 because of the push to get these out on the market which created a production/marketing error or omission. The cover is very nice with very little wrong with it except for the light crinkling of two of the four corners and a very light crease in the upper left corner on the back cover.There is excellent gloss or shine on the cover with the seams in A-1 shape. Because of these characteristics I give the cover a NM- grade. The labels as you can tell by the pictures are also very nice. Very little or no markings around each spindle hole. Shows no wear on the surface and no writing or tape. Again a Nm to Nm- grade for the label. The record I would grade as a VG++. Mainly light scuffs from the removal and the insertion of the vinyl into the paper sleeve over the years. There is also excellent luster and gloss which is projected from both sides of the vinyl. And finally, the paper sleeve is in very nice condition with the only. noticeable flaw being a one inch tear in the middle of the bottom seam vertically. Overall, an extremely nice, rare, sought after piece of Beatle history which would be a great addition to any Collector's collection.
