Description
LP Michael Jackson Off the wall (LP Promo USA - 1979) Information for US Buyers : Starting September 17, 2026, US authorities are implementing new requirements for shipping certain products to the United States and Puerto Rico.
These regulations introduce stricter controls on specific products within the categories listed below and impose new obligations on shippers.
Categories containing potentially affected products (non-exhaustive list): Children's items, toys, costume jewelry, electronic products, clothing, sporting goods, etc.
US authorities may expand the list of products subject to these new requirements in the coming months.
For these products, US authorities now require the shipper to: • register with the CPSC (Consumer Product Safety Commission), the US agency responsible for consumer safety; • submit an advance declaration for each item prior to shipment.
Pending adjustments to the procedures of the French postal services, the shipment of items from my shop to US buyers is temporarily suspended.
