Would be a great addition to your collection.
Wow! They don't come up like this very often. An original Limited Edition (Now out of print) and becoming increasingly expensive to buy, Iron Maiden Boxset of Best of the Beast 1996.
This is a 4LP set. Each Vinyl has two sleeves which are then further protected by the Box as pictured above. I have listed the condition as honestly as possible below and have included pictures of any scratches.
Knowing it's rarity, I took this set into an independent record dealer and he advised me that it was in his view 'very good condition'. He also told me that there would have been a booklet that came with the boxset that is no longer present - I have reflected this fact in the asking price.
Recent sales of this et have fetched in excess of £400, with the lowest sold I could find anywhere being £150 which was in poor condition. Other listings currently are priced between £300 - £685. I think therefore, my price is realistic and reflects the condition report below:
CONDITION REPORT - This is a pre-owned album with some age related use as to be expected.
*I have personally played the whole set completely through to test and give an honest report* My photo limit is 12, so have tried to include the discs that are the most used to show true condition.
VOLUME 1 - SIDE 1 - 1st track is crackly and there is a 1 inch scratch that doesn't affect the playing (no jumping)
V1 Side 2 - A few hairline scratches - All plays well - No crackling.
Cover - I would rate it 7/10
VOLUME 2 - Near Mint Condition - Perfect Play
Sleeves - I would rate it 9/10
VOLUME 3 - Side A - Near Mint Condition - Perfect Play
Side B - Small Hairline scratch
Sleeves - Small 1cm tear to top of inner sleeve.
VOLUME 4 - Near Mint Condition - Perfect Play
Sleeves - I would rate it 9/10
Main Box - In pretty good condition 7/10 with usual age related scuffs to corners. The original booklet it is no longer present.
