                              four additional pieces of tape/tape residue that wraps from the front around to the back and 1.5 inch diameter residue mark an the front where a sticker had once been

LP:       Very Good, a few light to moderate scuffs to both sides
       
            Side 1 plays; 01 - light to moderate surface noise with light to moderate ticks
                                02 - light surface noise with light ticks
                                03 - light to occasionally moderate surface noise with occasional light ticks
                                04 - light surface with occasional light to moderate ticks
                                05 - light surface with occasional light to moderate ticks
                                06 - light surface with occasional light to moderate ticks and one quick heavy tick within the first 30 seconds
