LP Flowers in the dirt, Paul McCartney, erschienen 05.06.1989, 1. Pressung mit Plattennummer auf Rückseite unten Mitte (Nummer bei Zweitauflage oben rechts), Autogramm vom Konzert am 04.10.1989, Alsterdorfer Sporthalle, Hamburg. Das Cover ist mit einer Heftklammer-Maschine 6-mal durchstoßen worden, die Doppellöcher erkennt man im Bild. Die Platte habe ich Mitte der Neunziger Jahre als Abonnent des Sammler-Magazins „Oldie Markt“ erworben.
LP Flowers in the dirt, Paul McCartney, published 05.06.1989, 1st pressing with plate number on the back lower middle (number at second edition top right), autograph from the concert on 04.10.1989, Alsterdorfer sports hall, Hamburg. The cover has been pierced with a stapler machine 6 times, the double holes can be seen in the picture. I acquired the record in the mid-nineties as a subscriber to the collector magazine "Oldie Markt".
Zur Echtheit des Autogramms: Alexander Mehl, der Beatles-Experte von internationalem Ruf für die Handschriften der Beatles und für die zahlreichen Fälschungen, den ich persönlich kenne und wertschätze, bewertet den Schriftzug auf Anfrage wie folgt: „Das Autogramm ist echt und wurde auch 1989 geschrieben“. Es handelt sich um eine schön ausgeschriebene, volle Signatur ohne Hektik. Nicht verkürzt, kein Gekritzel.
On authenticity of the autograph: Alexander Mehl, the Beatles expert of international reputation for the Beatles manuscripts and for the numerous forgeries, that I personally know and value, rates the lettering on request as follows: "The autograph is real and was also written in 1989". It is a beautifully written, full signature without hassle. Not shortened, no scribble.
