description

This is a new and sealed copy of a fantastic LP by the former U.S. synth-outfit, who released the much sought-after Pilots 12" in 1985 (recently officially re-released
due to high demand). It was released in the U.S. on World Service Collective Recordings in 2010 with catalogue # WS 201001 as a limited edition on beautiful
multicolored marbled vinyl of which the first 500 copies came with a free poster as shown in the pic . It contains 6 before unreleased recordings by the SWM
dating from 1983/84 and consisting of pure synth-pop of highest quality !

As a special bonus I'm happy to include an original copy of a handmade CD-R purchased directly from Gregory Windrum-Scoggin of the SWM with demo recordings
by the Chapel Bell Chimes dating from 1985 to 1987. After the Short Wave Mystery disbanded by early 1985 shortly after the Pilots EP release two members
(Gregory Windrum-Scoggin, Jason Wright) continue to write as a duo under the moniker "Chapel Bell Chimes" a series of tracks that went no further than demo tapes.
These were recently intended to be released on tape again to accompany an actual vinyl release but it was thought most of the people do not own
tapedecks anymore so they've made it onto CD-R only.

It contains 27 pieces (in *.cda format with CD-text) in total. A wild mix of tracks, pure sampledelia, sketches and obscurities. some of low quality some passable.
If you want to know what happened shortly after the SWM disbanded this should be right up your alley.

with a self-adhesive cover glued to a standard jewel case and plays well

Being a collector myself, grading is done conservatively and conscientously. In case of doubts I tend to underrate.
Records coming from my collection, carefully handled and well-looked after.They always being kept in protective inner- and outer-sleeves!
