Welcome to another of my auctions. 
LP-Record-Album--Elvis Presley Blue Hawaii Signed Autograph in 1976   Stereo--LSP-2426 Orange Label RCA.
So here is the story of this autograph.  I obtained this from a friend of mine several years ago.   Back in 1976 his older sister went to see Elvis in Concert in Eugene Oregon and was able to meet him and get this autograph.  She was a miss Oregon beauty contestant or miss teen Oregon contestant, (I forget which), at the time so that probably helped.   She made a notation on the back of the cover about it being the last concert Elvis ever did in Oregon.  So that would be November of 1976.  
 
I do not play grade records. 
Inner sleeve:  yes.
Condition Record:   has a slight warp to it, but it still looks very good. 
Condition Cover:   has slight bend mark in it, but still very good.
