This is a near mint condition 12" Living Stereo LP on RCA VICTOR Records LSC-1893. A 150 gram 1S/1S pressing. The jacket is near mint,except for initals on the back [covered]. The record is in near mint condition clean and shiny. Plays beautifully with rich, clear sound.The Ravel,Ballet in one act for Orchestra and Chorus,Daphnis & Chloe,Complete,with Charles Munch,conducting the Boston Symphony Orchestra.This is one of the most stunning performance of this piece ever done.This is from one of the earliest Stereo recordings made by RCA. The record was released in 1960, the 2 track stereo tape came out in 1956. The New England Conservatory Chorus and Alumni Chorus under the direction of Robert Shaw. This is a rare original LIVING STEREO Shaded Dog Label RCA VICTOR LSC- series recording. RCA started stereo recording around 1954-5 and released initially on the LM-series in mono and in stereo on two track Reel to Reel tape. Photo is a sample of the LIVING STEREO SHADED DOG LP type label.
