Description

Tchaikovsky Symphony #5 with Pierre Monteux conducting The Boston Symphony Orchestra recorded by RCA and here presented on the original RCA Shaded Dog vinyl. The record is immaculate, and just to make sure I played it and it plays through marvelously. Maybe a very minor bit of static at the head of each side, and an occasional slight low level tick ( you know what I'm talking about )  on the quiet passages. I really don't want to make a deal out of this because it's almost trivial and the nature of the RCA pressings of the era. The jacket is in superb condition too. As is the inner sleeve. If you're looking for LSC-2239 or just love this symphony I don't think you'll find a finer example. You won't be disappointed.
