- An SQ Recording Compatible in Quad or Stereo appears as a red label on front cover but is actually part of the print cover.
- Side A has orange-red label and states: Billingsgate Practiced fluency and variety of profane and obscene abuse, i.e. Asskickin'.
Side B is white and lists all song titles, credits, and song durations. Also states Quadraphonic but incorrectly labeled as a Quadraphonic release.- Capitol Records Pressing Plant, Jacksonvillle
