Freak Emporium says this about the unofficial LP reissue from a few years back (300 copies):
Incredibly strange wigged out one man band (lunatic) album originally released in 1974 and long deleted. Luie looks like a Mexcian Liberace sounds like Cheech and plays all the instruments fuzz guitar, drums, horns and moog synth. Very weird songs with a mexican, lounge, electronic samba vibe and a concept all about touching people. As it says on the sleeve he will pierce your innermost with his pearly trumpet. Voted Best Talented Soldier in the US Army! Very, Very, Very Odd.
For myself I can say, when I first heard this LP, I went nuts, it was the coolest record I'd ever encountered!
