Condizioni : copertina frontalmente laminata mostra un minimo accenno di ring wear; grande stato, NEAR MINT / vinile che presenta soltanto alcune impressioni lasciate dal contatto con la bustina interna di plastica trasparente nelle zone morte delle due facciate, vale a dire sul bordo iniziale e su quello più ampio che circonda l'etichetta. L'ascolto non è condizionato da difetto alcuno; grande stato, NEAR MINT

Condition : front laminated cover shows a minimal trace of ring wear, NEAR MINT / vinyl has only some sleeve marks on the dead wax. Listening is without any flaws, NEAR MINT

GRADAZIONE RIGOROSA - STRICTLY GRADED

Copertine e vinili sono visualmente gradati dopo un’attenta osservazione sotto la luce del sole fatta sulla mia terrazza a tetto. Nelle giornate grigie il controllo viene effettuato sotto una forte lampada alogena con l’aiuto di una lente d’ingrandimento. Tutti i dischi in asta sono stati interamente ascoltati, i 33 giri su un giradischi Rega Planar 3 fornito di una testina a magnete mobile Grado Statement 1 mentre gli EP e i singoli a 45 giri con un Thorens TD 166 BC fornito di una testina, sempre MM, Goldring 1006. Ritenendo che le abituali classificazioni quali Mint, Ex, Vg, ecc., ecc… siano poco significative per spiegare le reali condizioni dei dischi ed anche estremamente soggettive, precedo sempre tali classificazioni con una breve descrizione degli eventuali difetti che ho riscontrato, ad eccezione di Mint- che il più alto grado che conferisco a qualsiasi disco. Soltanto per le copie ancora sigillate all’origine utilizzo MINT/MINT.

Sleeves and vinyls are visually graded after a careful check in bright sunshine on my roof terrace. In the gray days I watch the records under a strong halogen lamp with the help of a magnifying glass. All records in auction have been fully heard. Lps on a Rega Planar 3 turntable with a Grado Statement 1 moving magnet cartridge, EPs and singles 45 rpm. on a Thorens TD 166 BC turntable with a Goldring 1006 MM cartridge. Considering that the usual classifications such as Mint, EX, Vg, etc…, etc… are not significant to explain the real condition of the records in addition to a total subjectivity of opinion, I always introduce before these classifications a short description concerning any defects I have verified with the exception of Mint minus, the highest grade I declare. I use MINT/MINT exclusively for the still from factory sealed copies.

Note : ambientato in Brasile il film non poteva che ispirare al compositore Argentino l'utilizzazione di tipici ritmi locali. Il risultato è senza dubbio molto piacevole. "The Bartender" è caratterizzato da frizzanti vocalizzi femminili con l'accompagnamento percussivo di un veloce ritmo Brasiliano fino all'ingresso del pianoforte dalle belle note jazz, "End Title" inizialmente raffinata traccia lounge con piano e percussioni, poi terminante con un bel assolo di chitarra acustica. "Glenn's Bossa Nova" molto vivace con fiati, percussioni e coro femminile, "Bowling Beat" è un'ottimo shake, adattissimo per il ballo, dalle sonorità Beat di organo, chitarra, basso e batteria.

Notes : set in Brazil, the film could only inspire to the Argentinian composer the exploitation of typical local rhythms. The result is without a doubt very nice. "The Bartender" is characterized by sparkling female vocalizations with the accompaniment of a Brazilian percussive fast tempo till the entry of the piano with beautiful jazz notes, "End Title" is initially a refined lounge track with piano and percussion, later for concluding with a nice acoustic guitar solo. "Glenn's Bossa Nova" characterized by a lively rhythm highlighted by brass instruments, percussion and female chorus, "Bowling Beat" is an excellent jerk, very suitable for dancing, from the Beat sonorities of organ, guitar, bass and drums.

Commedia che in maniera approssimativa affronta il tema dell'indipendenza della donna. Film di produzione Italiana, regia di Franco Rossi, con Claudia Cardinale, Nino Manfredi Akim Tamiroff, Mario Adorf e Lando Buzzanca.
