Side 1 Matrix/Runout: KEMO 101-A Side 2 Matrix/Runout: KEMO 102-B

Label
The original label is present, and in excellent condition. There is no writing on it from previous owners, or other foreign material. The spindle hole is in good condition.
Vinyl
The record is in phenomenal condition. There are a few extremely light surface scratches, which appear to be storage-related, rather than the result of the record actually being played or left out. I am unable to detect any noticeable scuffs from the paper sleeve this record was originally stored in. I will conservatively give this a VG+ grade. The record was extremely well taken care of by its original owners. Given the complete absence of spindle marks on the label, my guess is that it was hardly played before I acquired it. The record plays through nicely. I was unable to detect any noteworthy defects in the sound using my standard test equipment (Pro-ject turntable w/ Ortofon 2M Red stylus).
  Jacket / Outer Sleeve
The jacket can conservatively be graded as VG. Please view photos for a full overview.
Front: The original colors of the jacket remain vibrant, showing some degree of fading that is consistent with the item's age.  A number of scuffs, and wear marks are present on the front of the jacket. Specifically, evidence of ring wear is visible at the top and bottom, with some also being present near the spine of the jacket. The spine, and external perimeter of the jacket have a normal amount of wear, but there are no seam splits. The corners are not what I would grade as 'sharp', but they are not heavily dog-eared. The bottom right corner has a very small (~2mm) tear that extends to the bottom of the jacket. However, this is not something most collectors would grade as a seam split.
Back: The back of the jacket is in similar condition to the front, overall. There is some minor fading present, as well as scuffing, and minor ring wear. There is a very small paper tear on the insertion side of the jacket, as shown in photos. The biggest defect with the back of the jacket is the presence of writing. As indicated in the photos, 4 titles have been circled in pen. I am unable to detect any additional writing on this side of the jacket.
Shipping
Given the cost of this item, I will ship it via UPS. It will be carefully packed in a cardboard record mailer that will be padded and shipped in a larger cardboard box. This is a rare album, and I want to make sure it makes it to its new owner without any issues. Shipping to the lower 48 US only, please.
