made in America original issue
has original inner sleeve with text about quad (pictured)
the record is in VG++ (excellent) condition (audio reviewed, sounds great! clean playing surfaces, please see photos)
the jacket is in VG++ (excellent) condition
(no writing or seam splits, has upper right punch hole, slight ring, edge and corner wear, please see photos)

VG++ - very good plus plus = very nice with low playwear,
a very clean, collectible copy
VG+ - very good plus = slight audible or visual playwear,
a decent copy with occasional background noise
VG - very good = some audible or visual playwear,
a well used but playable copy
