Description

I’m a retired jazz musician, and will be selling a bunch of my old jazz records over the next month or so. Please note I am unable to meet in person - all records will be carefully packed and shipped. I tend to grade conservatively, and am easy to deal with if a return is needed.


Larry Young “Contrasts,” Blue Note 84266 stereo vinyl LP. This is a first pressing from 1967, with “A DIVISION OF LIBERTY RECORDS” and “VAN GELDER” on both sides. This is from a period when Liberty was using multiple pressing plants concurrently.


Sleeve: VG+ with wear, writing, “AUDITION COPY” stamped on back. Includes original 1967 Liberty inner sleeve.


Vinyl: NM. Looks new, and sounds just as good. Still has snug spindle hole, likely only ever played once or twice.
