Comments: What appears to be the first release in an effort by MGM to cash in on the Latin popularity in the late 60’s/early 70’s. Two sides of up-tempo Latin Soul. A-side is a sharp up-tempo interpretation of Muddy Waters’ classic and includes some amazing bass work. B-side is instrumental, and in my opinion even better – up-tempo, again with intriguing bass lines, a sharp horn section with solos from the sax-man and the trombonist plus an aggressive pianist.
