From Atlantic Records (8030) this is BLUES BALLADS by LAVERN BAKER, an original (first ) US mono pressing from 1959. Jacket is MINT MINUS showing shrink-wrap still intact; sticker and any wear or blemishes appear to be on the wrap, NOT on the cover itself. 

Labels and playing surfaces are super-clean. Visually grades MINT. However, a couple of minor clicks as the record begins bring down the rating to solid, stone-cold MINT MINUS. Plays like a dream with no distortion, no extraneous noise (except the insignificant noise already mentioned). You'll likely not find a better example of this pop R&B classic in this lifetime. I do NOT overstate!
