Description

Rare 2LP set from 1999 on Atlantic Records.  Volume 1 of a 2 volume set.  Limited pressing and very hard to find these days.  Bought second-hand and stored upright in a 5 mil heavyweight polypro sleeve in a smoke-free environment.  Really nice set.   

  • VG+ cover is clean with no markings and no seam splits.  Spine and edges are strong with no wear.  There is an upper right corner crease (photo)  Corner wear/dings in two corners at the spine (photos) Small crease at bottom edge.  Two corners at the opening with moderate wear.  Very close to EX, but a little too much corner wear/creasing for that grading.  They should have used a heavier gatefold for this heavy 2LP set.  Still a nice cover though.
  • NM inserts are clean and strong with no markings, tears, creases or seam splits.  Corners are sharp and strong with no wear.  Very nice.
  • NM side 1 has no marks or scuffs of any kind.
  • NM side 2 has no marks or scuffs of any kind
  • NM side 3 has no marks of scuffs of any kind
  • NM side 4 has a light hairline sleeve scuff on track 2 (When the Levee Breaks)  This is a light surface scuff only and will not effect the sound quality. Very faint.

    Mint (I almost never use this grade unless it's sealed) means perfect Near Mint means just shy of perfect Excellent means light wear, or a couple light marks Very Good Plus means more significant wear but nothing serious, or more than a couple light marks and/or a few hairlines Very Good has more serious wear but it's definitely not garbage, has marks and hairlines
