Description

Led Zeppelin Houses Of The Holy 1973  LP Atlantic ‎SD 7255 Monarch RL EX/EX  ( Near MINT). Cover, Inner sleeve ALL Excellent condition. Almost near Mint. Stearling Sound, Robert Ludwig  RL
So here's the story. I got this at an estate sale in Sunny Southern California from the original owner last year. They said it was her Moms record. I got this along with a few other led Zeppelin Records that will be listed soon. All her records were sealed in a tub in a bedroom closet from a pet and smoke free home. I could not believe what I had stumbled on as my eyes were popping out of my head as these records are still out there. This was the cleanest copy I Ever found out in the wild in a long time. It looks like it was played only a few times. I would be listing this as Mint except I cannot. On side 2 it looks like a very faint scratch like mark across 3 songs. I played it and it sounds great so that had to be noted. Everything else about this record looks MINT including the outer cover, original inner sleeve and the record looks pristine except the noted flaw. Still a great record for your collection and one of the finest I have ever seen.

I try to capture all flaws in the pictures and be as transparent as possible,   I use the following LP record grading system:

• All records are removed from sleeve and album cover and placed in plastic cover to reduce splitting during handling and shipping

• Mint (M): The record is unplayed and in perfect condition

• Near Mint (NM): The record has been handled with care and has minimal wear

• Excellent (EX): The record has minor signs of wear but plays perfectly

• Very Good Plus (VG+): The record has some signs of wear including light hairlines, but it plays well and the wear doesn't affect the sound quality

• Very Good (VG): The record has visible / feelable scratches and has surface noise that's noticeable in soft passages, but it doesn't overpower the music

• Fair (F): feelable scratches that overpower sound, has skips, and / or is warped.

*Poor (P) or Worn (W) : The record is in poor condition and has major noise issues, skipping, repeating, and  major warping

** all records ship outside of outer and inner sleeves to avoid splitting damage that can occur during shipping. Shipped in cardboard vinyl LP record shipping box and record in archival quality anti-static sleeve.

Great for your collection or as a very nice gift. ( Any questions I will respond.)
