Description

Zeppelin's debut on Atlantic Pink/Red label from 1969 - publishing "Superhype".
The vinyl comes housed in an original cover with pinched spine and exposed flipbacks.
Given the rarity and vintage angle - pretty darn cool...
Nice typo on the labels - ""I can't Quite You Baby""
Vinyl (Vg+/Vg) Has seen a fair bit of use so expect a few light marks per side, and one tiny mark which causes a couple of clicks in track 2 [see details]. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly VERYGOOD+ level of playback with a couple of deviations. When on song more than capable of dishing out some great audio. This is the debut from '69 and the audio is pretty darn fine all things considered. Don't expect it to play perfectly clean. It is pretty clean by and large. A few crackles in a couple of spots per side. But pretty good all in all. A couple of clicks early in 'Babe Gonna Leave Ya'. A few clicks in the organ intro to 'Your Time', but clears out as the vocal comes in. Other than that - all is hunky dory.
Cover (Vg) Graded down as it has tanned a bit. But, you know what, it is looking pretty cool - and this the early real deal. Not seen flips on a Zep 1 before! Cover integrity is excellent - no hidden issues. Spine fully intact.
