Description

An original 2nd press in an original 1st issue cover - from late spring 1969. There are the famous blue text copies [the first 2,000 copies - but lets face it they are going for silly money]. This example comes just a couple of months later whilst charting - in my opinion the perfect compromise. Warners credits. Matrix A1/B1. The cover has grey stripe found on early copies. Malta sticker on rear. Bangin'
Vinyl (Vg+) Relatively light use with a couple of light marks per side - nothing unsightly or heavy. Plays around the Vg+ level mostly. Will not disappoint. Lots of power but with finesse. Very addictive. A few crackles in a couple of the lower key sequences. Nothing unpalatable. This is ep - and they rock like no other. A couple of isolated ticks in one spot per side. But that's it really... a super player. Hard to resist.
Cover (Vg+) In very nice condition with unusually clean surfaces. Original '69 copies invariably do not look this smart. Either with creasing, ageing, laminate lift...or ALL three. This example is a real time traveller. Looking much better than most originals. Nothing unsightly.. minimal ageing. Spine 90% intact only minor edge wear. Sweet!
