DESCRIPTION: Led Zeppelin LP- II 2 . 1st UK pressing with light brown gatefold sleeve with sky blue tinge to spine. With A2/B2 matrix, The Lemon Song credit on red/plum labels and "Plastic Bags can Be Dangerous" inner. LABEL AND CATALOGUE NUMBER: Atlantic 588 198 YEAR OF RELEASE: 1970 COUNTRY OF RELEASE: UK CONDITION (VINYL/COVER): F+ (Please read on) /VG. Vinyl is clean with a decent sheen and some light hairlines/scuffs. Played in its entirety today on my budget deck. It sits flat on the turntable. Side A plays EX, really clean. Side B music is clear and loud with occasional ticks and one skip during "Heartbreaker" hence low grade. The rest plays through nicely, all pretty much loud and clear. Id grade VG without the skip but the sound is probably better than that. Cover is firm and square and has near heavy edgewear, cornerwear and moderate creasing. Clean labels- check out the photos.. No writing, rips or stickers. PLEASE CHECK OUT MY OTHER LZ/PUNK/METAL/CLASSIC/HARD ROCK LISTINGS IN MY EBAY SHOP. Grading system: I use UK’s “Record Collector” Grading system. I DO PLAY EVERY RECORD I LIST NOW even though its often just quite briefly. Please bear in mind you may get a touch of background sound, even if its just on intros and between the tracks on 30-40 year old vinyl records!! :: MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding,scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades. I REMOVE ALL VINYL FROM SLEEVES PRIOR TO POSTING. RECORDS ARE SENT IN BEST QUALITY MAILERS WITH 2 STIFFENERS. I ALWAYS COMBINE POSTAGE BUT COST DEPENDS ENTIRELY ON WEIGHT OF PACKAGE. EACH EXTRA SINGLE DISC LP IS ROUGHLY £1.75 TO EUROPE, £2.75 TO THE AMERICAS AND £3.25 TO THE REST OF THE WORLD.
