Up for bid is a very nice copy of Led Zeppelin II. This is the pressing that was mastered by Robert Ludwig, and what you've heard is true--it really does kick out the jams. The matrix # on side one is 691671 and has RL stamped in the runout groove. The matrix # on side 2 is 691672 and has both RL and SS stamped into the runout groove.
The LP is in a strong VG+ condition with fantastic gloss and some very light non-feelable marks and rub marks from being moved around in its paper sleeve. I played it on my Rega and thought it played even better than it looks with very little background noise between tracks.
The jacket is also in VG+ condition with some very light soiling and as you can see from the photos, someone's initials in the upper left hand corner
The original inner sleeve is also included though there's a four inch split on the bottom.
The LP has been cleaned using a VPI vacuum cleaner and Audio Intelligent cleaners. The LP has been placed in a Mobile Fidelity inner sleeve and the jacket is protected by a high quality outer sleeve.
