Description
Hello!
For your consideration is a lovely copy of Led Zeppelin's all-time classic second album - this is the George Piros mastered version, and "AT/GP" appears in the runoff on both sides. The Piros pressing is very close to the Robert Ludwig hot mix, and some audiophiles actually prefer it, since it doesn't go overboard like the RL does. With that being said, it has very, very strong sound.
This copy has been professionally cleaned on my VPI vacuum cleaning machine and has been fully play graded on my Rega P5 turntable from start to finish. The vinyl has been placed into a new Japanese die-cut poly lined sleeve.
Cover condition is excellent - absolutely beautiful, with just a scuff down by the lower right corner on the front. This is still so much better than what is usually found.
This record is in excellent condition with only the most minor of hairlines on each side - an absolutely terrific looking piece.
Audio-wise, this is a fantastic listen, with only minor s/n during some quiet part of a few songs, such as What Is, Thank You, and Bring It On Home. The finest copies around still feature this, and this copy is as strong of a listen I've encountered.
Buyer pays $5.50 for Media Mail shipping. United States Shipping Only.
