Description

An original Oct 1970 genukne very 1st press of 'III'. Please take note of the label. It mentions Peter Grant which Page quickly intervened on and git removed. These are effectively the 1st batch copies. The heavy-set vinyl comes housed in an original Deluxe EJ Day cover with working wheel. This is the high quality 1st issue design. We also have an original inner sleeve too. So, 100% genuine and 100% complete. 
Vinyl (Ex/Vg+) In lovely condition and good lustre. Under close examination I could only make a couple of light marks - nothing heavy or troublesome.  A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly Excellent level of playback with just a couple of minor deviations per side. A great little player and is pretty clean throughout - even into those fussy numbers. This copy is very well prserved. Nothing worse than some faint presence in a couple of spots per side. Much better preserved than the average copy that surfaces. A couple of ticks in one isolated spot per side. Can't fault it really. All round great player.
Cover (Ex-) Sturdy well preserved cover with some ageing creeping in at extremities. Slightest edge wear in one spot -  minimal. Interior looks great. The spine is 95% intact. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity.
Inner (Vg+) Slightest ageing. But intact.
